Praxicraft keeps you in the loop through both in-app notifications and email. Here's what to expect and how to manage what you receive.

## What in-app notifications will I get?

In-app notifications show up via the **bell icon** in the sidebar. You'll be notified about:

* Rank promotions 🎉

* Badge achievements

* Streak milestones

* Replies from support agents

* System announcements

## What emails will Praxicraft send me?

We'll send emails for important account and activity events:

* Email verification (OTP) when you sign up

* Password reset requests

* Your welcome message on first login

* Rank promotion congratulations

* Support ticket replies and status changes

* 2FA enabled/disabled confirmations

* Suspicious login alerts

## How do I manage my notification preferences?

Go to **Dashboard → Settings** and find the notification preferences section. You can opt out of non-critical categories whenever you like.

## I'm not getting emails. What should I do?

Try these steps in order:

* Check your **spam or junk folder** first — we end up there sometimes!

* Make sure your email address is correct under **Dashboard → Settings**

* Check that emails from [**support@praxicraft.com**](mailto:support@praxicraft.com) aren't blocked by your email provider

* If it's still not working, raise a support ticket and we'll look into it
