What in-app notifications will I get?
In-app notifications show up via the bell icon in the sidebar. You'll be notified about:

What emails will Praxicraft send me?
We'll send emails for important account and activity events:

Email verification (OTP) when you sign up

Password reset requests

Your welcome message on first login

2FA enabled/disabled confirmations

Suspicious login alerts
How do I manage my notification preferences?
Go to Dashboard → Settings and find the notification preferences section. You can opt out of non-critical categories whenever you like.
I'm not getting emails. What should I do?
Try these steps in order:

Check your spam or junk folder first — we end up there sometimes!

Make sure your email address is correct under Dashboard → Settings

Check that emails from support@praxicraft.com aren't blocked by your email provider

If it's still not working, raise a support ticket and we'll look into it
