Running into something unexpected? Most technical issues are quick to fix. Here are the most common ones and how to sort them out.

The code editor isn't loading

Try these steps one by one:

• Hard-refresh the page — Cmd+Shift+R on Mac, or Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows

• Clear your browser cache and cookies for the site

• Try a different browser — Chrome or Firefox work best

• Disable browser extensions that might be blocking scripts (ad blockers are a common culprit)

Still not working? Raise a Bug Report ticket with your browser name, version, and a screenshot.

My submission is stuck on "evaluating" and won't complete

Submissions normally wrap up in seconds. If yours has been spinning for more than 2 minutes:

• Refresh the page — the result might have loaded

• Try submitting again

• If it's still stuck, raise a Bug Report ticket with the case name and the approximate time you submitted

I can't log in — my account seems locked

Accounts get temporarily locked after several failed login attempts — it's a security measure. Here's what to do:

• Wait 15 to 30 minutes and try again

• If the lockout continues, raise a support ticket under Account Issue

The platform is slow or unresponsive

• Check with our support team to see if there's a known incident going on

• If it seems to be just your connection, try refreshing the page or switching networks
